We at Destiny understand the importance of receiving your orders quickly and safely. Therefore, we always endeavour to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Below you will find information about our shipping and delivery policy.
Shipping options
We offer several different shipping options depending on the weight and destination of your order. After filling in your address information at checkout, you can choose the shipping option that suits you best. Please note that the transit time is in addition to the processing time. We usually offer the following options:
Standard shipping: 5-8 days in transit.
Express shipping: delivery within 5-8 days in transit.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any delays that may occur. We have a processing time of 4-5 days in addition to the above shipping times, and we disclaim any liability from delays that may occur with our shipping partners.
Shipping cost
The shipping cost depends on the weight and destination of your order. The price is displayed at checkout once you have filled in your address information and selected the shipping option that suits you best.
The following shipping costs apply to orders within UK:
Standard shipping: Free
Express shipping: £4.95

International orders
We also ship international orders, but the delivery time and shipping cost may vary depending on the destination. Once you have entered your address information at checkout, you will see the estimated delivery time and shipping cost for your international order.
Customs and taxes
Please note that the recipient is responsible for any customs duties and taxes that may apply to international orders.
Returns and exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@destinylabel.com. We offer returns and exchanges for most products within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it for us to process your return or exchange. Return shipping to our warehouse in China is something you as a customer have to pay for.
We send orders continuously and they can only be cancelled if the order haven't been shipped yet.
Complaints

In such cases, tracking numbers are consistently provided to customers, regardless of the origin of the item. Notably, the warehouses containing these items often have addresses that differ from those presented on https://www.destinylabel.com/)
Please note that we do not participate in cases handled by the General Complaints Board or similar bodies. Our intention is to handle any complaints directly and efficiently through our internal process.
